Resolution:  Settings/Presentation – grab & drop function doesn’t seem to work.

I tried a few things… even went into the database to see if there was something I could do in there, but short of deleting all the Word products and adding them again nothing removed the extras. 

But I re-added it 2 or 3 times and they still ended up only showing up under Workshops, and un-editable. 

The only thing that seemed to work was changing the order back to date or price order instead of drag and drop which seems to be the problem (trust me to try this last!). As soon as you choose drag and drop Word (or any new product) disappears from your View all Categories List in the Dashboard and on the page and also becomes uneditable (although as we saw it is still in the category list when you click on it from the breadcrumb).   

If you go to date or price order it reappears in the list and is editable and also appears on the page. So currently I have left it in price order and assume it then orders them with the most recently added at the top. So that means going back to the method I suggested earlier if you want the same priced items in a different order, and that is to duplicate them in reverse order that you want them to appear and delete the old one. 

I’m not sure how to rectify the drag and drop issue. Sorry. 

PS: I put Word back on but it has no image.

Kaz reply: OK… so here’s what I did… I duplicated the ones you had duplicated, which put a copy at the TOP. Then deleted the older one from the list. But since you said you wanted them in price order with the most expensive at the top, I then went through them all in price order (lowest first) duplicating them one at a time to put them at the top and deleting the older version. Then realized I missed the duplicated Excel on page 2 of your store dashboard and POWE in the middle of your software workshops, so I had to do it all again lol 

It is now fixed! Slap wrist, don’t do it again, Misses!!!
